NIYUKTI is a one stop online solution towards the job seekers and recruiters for a recruitment process. It provides a hassle free transparent way for the job seekers to apply online for various posts which were already notified by a registered recruiting agency. A recruiting agency can get enrolled through self registration process and initiate the recruitment drive with a minimum amount of application level configurations. Once the recruitment process is configured and published, job seekers with required qualifications can apply online against certain posts which are incorporated in the recruitment process.
NIYUKTI aims to support recruiting agency as well as job seekers to achieve a simplified, responsive, effective and transparent way of recruitment process with a very less paper works within a short span of time. It also aims to provide a few analytical reports to the recruiting agencies for betterment of their future recruitment processes.
NIYUKTI provides online application form which can be accessible from Mobile, Tablet, Laptop and Desktop. A jobseeker must fill up the required fields and upload the required documents for a particular notified post. Once application is submitted acknowledgement and application form can be downloaded. Call letter can be downloaded if the recruiting agency initiates any examination or interview. All relevant notifications and results can be viewed through NIYUKTI.
NIYUKTI provides self registration facility for recruiting agencies. Each recruiting agency will get unique id and can have multiple users for different roles and tasks and each user will have separate dashboard. The admin user needs to set application format, criteria and reservation details against each recruitment category. Once these configurations are finalised and published, jobseekers can submit applications and recruiting agency can verify those applications though online. NIYUKTI also provides facility to publish notifications at any time and if the recruiting agency wants to conduct examination/interview, it provides facility to generate call letters so that candidates can easily download within fraction of time and to publish results after the examination/interview. It provides facility to generates various reports during the recruitment process.
